Grandview Heights originally began as part of Marble Cliff, one of the first Columbus suburbs, which settled as a community in 1890. Nicknamed the “Hamlet of Marble Cliff,” Grandview Heights was officially incorporated in 1901. Grandview’s proximity to downtown Columbus make it an ideal place for seniors who like to be close to the action. We are proud to help seniors age better at home in Grandview where more than 17% of this charming community is over the age of 60.
